Refund policy

Due to health risks, all hair extensions (bundles and closures) are non-refundable and can not be exchanged. If you have made a mistake on your order and it has not been shipped, please email orders@asyalesara.com and we will try to accommodate you. No guarantees. 

If you are unsatisfied with your custom wig order, please email us at orders@asyalesara.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

NO REFUNDS will be made based on dissatisfaction with different patterns/colors. Raw hair comes from single donors and can vary by pattern and color.
