Shipping policy

If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary you will be contacted promptly after your order has been placed. This may delay the shipping of your order.

If your package is lost/stolen please contact USPS as well as us so we can launch an investigation. The Le'Sara Collection is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages after it shows as accepted or delivered, however, we will work with USPS to help you retrieve your items. 

If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

Please make sure that the address given is correct. The Le'Sara Collection will not be held responsible for abandoned packages, packages shipped to the wrong address, or packages not delivered due to missing information. If you need to correct your shipping address after it has already been sent, please contact USPS. If your package is returned due to the wrong address being given, it is the customer's responsibility to pay additional shipping fees to receive the package.

We will not be responsible, held liable, or assume responsibility for any missed appointments, canceled appointments, missed events, etc. due to orders not being received in time for such events.
